Successful 10th Annual CanSAGE Conference Wraps Up in Saskatoon

The 10th annual CanSAGE Conference, held September 18–20, 2025, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, marked a milestone year for the society. With 270 attendees — including an impressive 61 first-time participants — the event brought together a dynamic community of gynecologic surgeons, researchers, and industry partners from across Canada and around the world.

This year’s conference featured the largest and most interactive industry exhibit hall in CanSAGE history, offering attendees hands-on access to cutting-edge technologies and innovations in the field. Groundbreaking research and compelling presentations were delivered by a stellar lineup of national and international speakers, sparking thoughtful dialogue and collaboration.

Pre-conference highlights included the HystSURG course, focused on advanced minimally invasive hysterectomy techniques, and our annual Fellow Bootcamp — both of which received excellent reviews from participants for their high-quality, practical learning experiences.

A standout social event was the western-themed night of dinner and dancing at the iconic Remai Modern Art Museum — a lively celebration of prairie hospitality and professional camaraderie.

As we celebrate this year’s successes, we look ahead with excitement to next year’s conference in beautiful Quebec City, and to connecting again at AAGL in Vancouver next month.
